Whilst in production of a Custom Reusable Stall ID Plate order, we thought we would take a moment to discuss our continued QA & QC processes and provide some feedback on the types of testing we do! As horse people we use them at home on the farm just like you.
Pictured on the left is a sample of a test plate that’s been out in the elements literally snow ❄️ rain 🌧 hail ⛈and sun ☀️ Our plates have been specifically developed by us for this purpose and are UV Stable and can handle temperatures of 270 degrees 🔥
Here we have tested two permanent marking types. We used black permanent down the bottom and blue whiteboard marker in the middle of the plate.’ Both of the markers used were top quality brands, however the permanent marker used in the top was a $2 shop marker, can you see the text at the top of the plate?? No…! That’s correct, it’s barely visible, our point you get what you pay for, cheaper isn’t always going to give you a better finish.
